अतो नास्त्यनुमानस्य दूषणाद्यैः प्रभाषितैः ।
तेन पूर्वोक्तया नीत्या भावानां स्वग्रहः स्थितः ॥७१॥
ato nāstyanumānasya dūṣaṇādyaiḥ prabhāṣitaiḥ |
tena pūrvoktayā nītyā bhāvānāṃ svagrahaḥ sthitaḥ
Therefore inference has no (independent standing), by the refutations and the rest that have been declared; and by that, on the principle stated earlier, the self-grasping of existent things (— each thing's knowing itself —) is established.
