शक्ताशक्तविकल्पैर्हि दीपज्वालाद्युदाहृतैः ।
स्थिरता नोपपन्ना ते प्रत्यक्षेणापिच स्थिता ॥९३॥
śaktāśaktavikalpairhi dīpajvālādyudāhṛtaiḥ |
sthiratā nopapannā te pratyakṣeṇāpica sthitā
By your alternatives of (a thing's being) capable or incapable, illustrated by the lamp-flame and so forth, the permanence (of things) is not overturned; and moreover (their) permanence is established by direct perception itself.
