तदानीं प्रतिपाद्यस्य किमायातं स्ववीक्षणात् । वक्तव्यमेव तस्यापि पश्यन्तीं पश्य या स्वयम् ॥६६॥
tadānīṃ pratipādyasya kimāyātaṃ svavīkṣaṇāt | vaktavyameva tasyāpi paśyantīṃ paśya yā svayam
— at that point ; — of the one to whom (she) is to be made known ; — what comes about ; — from her self-beholding ; — it must indeed be stated ; — for him too ; — Paśyantī ; — 'behold!' ; — who ; — of herself

— then at that point, what does the one to whom she is to be made known gain from her self-beholding? For him too it must be said, 'Behold Paśyantī, who (sees) by herself' (— and so the regress is not escaped).
