अथास्माकं ज्ञानशक्तिर्या सदाशिवरूपता । वैयाकरणसाधूनां पश्यन्ती सा परा स्थितिः ॥१॥

athāsmākaṃ jñānaśaktiryā sadāśivarūpatā | vaiyākaraṇasādhūnāṃ paśyantī sā parā sthitiḥ

— now ; — our ; — the power of knowledge ; — which ; — the Sadāśiva-nature ; — of the good (sound) grammarians ; — Paśyantī (the 'Seeing' level of speech) ; — that ; — supreme ; — state

Now, that which for us is the power of knowledge, the Sadāśiva-nature — for the orthodox grammarians that very supreme state is Paśyantī.
