सा च दृश्या हृदुद्देशे कार्यस्मरणकालतः । प्रहर्षावेदसमये दरसंदर्शनक्षणे ॥९॥
sā ca dṛśyā hṛduddeśe kāryasmaraṇakālataḥ | praharṣāvedasamaye darasaṃdarśanakṣaṇe
— that (turning-toward) ; — and ; — to be observed, visible ; — in the region of the heart ; — at the time of recalling something to be done ; — at the moment of feeling sudden joy ; — in the instant of a fleeting glimpse

And that (incipient turning) can be observed in the region of the heart — at the moment of recalling something to be done, at the moment of feeling a thrill of joy, in the instant of a fleeting glimpse.
