अनालोचनतो दृष्टे विसर्गप्रसरास्पदे ।
विसर्गोक्तिप्रसङ्गे च वाचने धावने तथा ॥१०॥
anālocanato dṛṣṭe visargaprasarāspade |
visargoktiprasaṅge ca vācane dhāvane tathā
— without deliberation; — when something is seen; — at the locus where the outflow of emission spreads; — on the occasion of uttering the emissive sound; — and; — in speaking; — in running; — likewise
— when something is seen without deliberation, at the seat where emission spreads forth, on the occasion of uttering an emissive sound, and likewise in speaking and in running.
