एवं सर्वपदार्थानां समैव शिवता स्थिता । परापरादिभेदोऽत्र श्रद्दधानैरुदाहृतः ॥४८॥
evaṃ sarvapadārthānāṃ samaiva śivatā sthitā | parāparādibhedo'tra śraddadhānairudāhṛtaḥ
— thus ; — of all entities ; — equal, uniform ; — verily ; — Śiva-nature ; — established ; — the distinction of supreme, lower, and so on ; — here ; — by the believing (devotees) ; — is set forth

Thus the Śiva-nature of all entities stands uniformly the same; the distinctions of supreme, lower, and the rest are here set forth (only) by the faithful (for practical purposes).
