चित्तस्थितिवच्छरीरकरणबाह्येषु ॥३९॥
citta-sthitivac charīra-karaṇa-bāhyeṣu
sūtra
— as in the state of (concentrated) mind ; — in the body, the senses, and the external (objects)

As (turya pervades) the steady mind, (so it pervades) the body, the senses, and external (objects).
