3.32
तत्प्रवृत्तावप्यनिरासः संवेत्तृभावात् ॥३२॥
tat-pravṛttāv apy anirāsaḥ saṃvettṛ-bhāvāt
sūtra
— even when that (manifestation/dissolution) proceeds ; — even ; — no exclusion/loss (of his true nature) ; — because of his being the (pure) knower

Even when that (creation/dissolution) is occurring, there is no loss (of his real nature), because he remains the (pure) Knower.
