समं कायशिरोग्रीवं धारयन्नचलं स्थिरः ।
संपश्यन्नासिकाग्रं स्वं दिशश्चानवलोकयन् ॥
६-१४ ॥
samaṃ kāyaśirogrīvaṃ dhārayannacalaṃ sthiraḥ |
saṃpaśyannāsikāgraṃ svaṃ diśaścānavalokayan ||
