Transliteration (IAST)

atra ca tattveśvarāḥ śivaśaktisadāśiveśvarānantāḥ brahmeva nivṛttau eṣāṃ sāmānyarūpāṇāṃ viśeṣā anugativiṣayāḥ pañca tadyathā śāmbhavāḥ śāktāḥ mantramaheśvarāḥ mantreśvarāḥ mantrā iti śuddhādhvā

— the lords of (these) principles ; — Śiva, Śakti, Sadāśiva, Īśvara, and Ananta (the lord of pure-knowledge) ; — in the (lowest, earth-) sphere of cessation ; — of these general forms ; — serving as the domains pervaded (by them) ; — the Śāmbhavas (belonging to Śiva) ; — the Mantramaheśvaras (great lords of mantra) ; — the pure path (the higher half of the cosmic hierarchy)

And here the lords of these principles are Śiva, Śakti, Sadāśiva, Īśvara, and Ananta — just as Brahmā presides over the sphere of cessation (the earth). The particulars of these general forms, serving as the domains they pervade, are five: namely the Śāmbhavas, the Śāktas, the Mantramaheśvaras, the Mantreśvaras, and the Mantras. This is the pure path.
