Transliteration (IAST)

evam asaṅkhyāḥ sṛṣṭipralayāḥ ekasmin mahāsṛṣṭirūpe prāṇe so 'pi saṃvidi sā upādhau sa cinmātre cinmātrasyaiva ayaṃ spando yad ayaṃ kālodayo nāma

— innumerable ; — creations and dissolutions ; — in the single breath that has the form of the great emanation ; — in consciousness ; — in the limiting adjunct ; — in pure consciousness alone ; — the vibration, the pulse ; — the arising of Time

Thus, innumerable creations and dissolutions occur in a single breath that has the form of the great emanation; that breath rests in consciousness, consciousness in the limiting adjunct, and that in pure consciousness alone. This vibration is of pure consciousness itself — and this is what is called the arising of Time.
