3.31

ता एव एताः परामर्शरूपत्वात् शक्तयो भगवत्यः श्रीकालिका इति निरुक्ताः

Transliteration (IAST)

tā eva etāḥ parāmarśarūpatvāt śaktayo bhagavatyaḥ śrīkālikā iti niruktāḥ

— these very (powers) ; — because they are of the nature of reflective awareness ; — the divine powers, the goddesses ; — the venerable Kālikās ; — are designated, etymologically explained
