श्वभ्रे सुदूरे झटिति स्वदेहं सम्पातयन् वासम् असाहसेन । आकुञ्च्य हस्तद्वितयं प्रपश्यन् मुद्राम् इमां व्योमचरीं भजेत

Transliteration (IAST)

śvabhre sudūre jhaṭiti svadehaṃ sampātayan vāsam asāhasena | ākuñcya hastadvitayaṃ prapaśyan mudrām imāṃ vyomacarīṃ bhajeta

— into a very distant chasm (pit) ; — instantly hurling down his own body ; — (his) dwelling, without recklessness (i.e. fearlessly) ; — having contracted both hands ; — gazing forth, this sky-roving seal ; — should resort to, practice

Hurling his own body in an instant into a far-off chasm, dwelling there without recklessness, having drawn in both hands and gazing forth, he should practice this sky-roving seal.
