Transliteration (IAST)

tatra kṛtaguruseva eva mṛta udvāsito vā abhicārādihato ḍimbāhato mṛtyukṣaṇoditatathāruciḥ mukhāntarāyātaśaktipāto vā tathā dīkṣya ity ājñā

— one who has done service to the guru ; — dead ; — one whose departure has been ritually effected (sent forth) ; — one slain by sorcery and the like ; — struck down in civil tumult (riot) ; — one in whom such inclination (toward liberation) arose at the moment of death ; — one in whom the descent of grace came through another's mouth (instruction) ; — to be initiated ; — the injunction (of scripture)

There, the injunction is that one who has done service to the guru and then died, or has been ritually sent forth, or has been slain by sorcery and the like, or struck down in civil tumult, or in whom such an inclination toward liberation arose at the moment of death, or in whom the descent of grace came through another's instruction — such a one is to be initiated in this manner.
