14.12

ते ऽपि हि एवम् अनुगृहीता भवन्ति इति कारुणिकतया पशुविधौ न विचिकित्सेत्

Transliteration (IAST)

te 'pi hi evam anugṛhītā bhavanti iti kāruṇikatayā paśuvidhau na vicikitset

— for they too ; — in this way ; — graced (favored, recipients of grace) ; — become ; — thus (marking the reasoning) ; — out of compassion ; — in the rite of the animal-offering ; — he should not hesitate (feel no doubt or scruple)

For these too become graced in this very way; therefore, out of compassion, he should feel no scruple regarding the rite of the animal-offering.
