14.11

पशूंश् च जीवतो निवेदयेत्

Transliteration (IAST)

paśūṃś ca jīvato nivedayet

— the sacrificial animals (the bound creatures) ; — and ; — while still living ; — should offer (present, dedicate)

And he should offer the sacrificial animals while they are still alive.
