14.10

असति वित्ते तु महामण्डलयागो न कर्तव्य एव

Transliteration (IAST)

asati vitte tu mahāmaṇḍalayāgo na kartavya eva

— when wealth is lacking ; — but ; — the great maṇḍala-rite ; — is simply not to be performed

But when wealth is lacking, the great maṇḍala-rite is simply not to be performed.
