ततः सहसा अपासितनेत्रबन्धो ऽसौ शक्तिपातानुगृहीतकरणत्वात् सन्निहितमन्त्रं तत्स्थानं साक्षात्कारेण पश्यन् तन्मयो भवति अनुगृहीतकरणानां मन्त्रसन्निधिः प्रत्यक्षः यतस् त्रस्यताम् इव भूतानाम्
Transliteration (IAST)
tataḥ sahasā apāsitanetrabandho 'sau śaktipātānugṛhītakaraṇatvāt sannihitamantraṃ tatsthānaṃ sākṣātkāreṇa paśyan tanmayo bhavati anugṛhītakaraṇānāṃ mantrasannidhiḥ pratyakṣaḥ yatas trasyatām iva bhūtānām
Then, his eye-binding suddenly removed, that (disciple), because his faculties are graced by the descent of power, seeing by direct realization that place where the mantra-deity is present, becomes identified with it. For those whose faculties are graced, the presence of the mantra is directly perceptible — as it is for creatures when they tremble (in awe).
