ततो विक्षेपपरिहारेण भाविमन्त्रदर्शनयोग्यतायै बद्धनेत्रं शिष्यं प्रवेश्य जानुस्थितं तं कृत्वा पुष्पाञ्जलिं क्षेपयेत्

Transliteration (IAST)

tato vikṣepaparihāreṇa bhāvimantradarśanayogyatāyai baddhanetraṃ śiṣyaṃ praveśya jānusthitaṃ taṃ kṛtvā puṣpāñjaliṃ kṣepayet

— by the avoidance of distraction ; — for fitness to behold the mantra-(deity) about to come ; — the disciple, his eyes bound (blindfolded) ; — having led (him) in ; — placed kneeling ; — should have him cast a handful of flowers

Then, by the avoidance of distraction, for fitness to behold the mantra-deity about to come, having led in the disciple with his eyes bound and set him kneeling, he should have him cast a handful of flowers.
