Transliteration (IAST)

tataḥ svadakṣiṇahaste dīpyatayā devatācakraṃ pūjayitvā taṃ hastaṃ mūrdhahṛnnābhiṣu śiṣyasya pāśān dahantaṃ nikṣipet

— in his own right hand ; — by its blazing character ; — having worshipped the wheel of deities ; — on the head, heart, and navel ; — as burning the bonds ; — should lay (the hand)

Then, having worshipped the wheel of deities in his own right hand by its blazing character, he should lay that hand — as it burns away the bonds — upon the disciple's head, heart, and navel.
