13.70

ततो वामे सोम्यतया पूजयित्वा शुद्धतत्त्वाप्यायिनं ततः प्रणामं कुर्यात्

Transliteration (IAST)

tato vāme somyatayā pūjayitvā śuddhatattvāpyāyinaṃ tataḥ praṇāmaṃ kuryāt

— in the left (hand) ; — by its lunar (cooling) character ; — nourishing with the pure principles ; — should make obeisance

Then, having worshipped (the wheel of deities) in the left hand by its lunar (cooling) character — nourishing (the disciple) with the pure principles — he should then make obeisance.
