1.17

तस्योपलब्धा सततं त्रिपदाव्यभिचारिणः । नित्यं स्यात्सुप्रबुद्धस्य तदाद्यन्ते परस्य तु ॥१७॥

tasyopalabdhā satataṃ tri-padāvyabhicāriṇaḥ | nityaṃ syāt suprabuddhasya tad-ādy-ante parasya tu ||

— of that (inward principle) ; — the perceiver ; — continuously ; — unfailing through the three states ; — eternally ; — is, would be ; — of the fully awakened one ; — at the beginning and end of that (state) ; — of the other (un-awakened) ; — but, however

For the fully awakened, the experience of that Reality — unfailing across the three states — is continuous; for the other (less awakened), it appears only at the beginning and end.
