अनिरुद्धो जपोऽस्त्येव सर्वावस्थास्वसौ जपः । नानाकारैः सदा कुर्वन्नुदयन् सर्ववस्तुगः ॥८५॥
aniruddho japo'styeva sarvāvasthāsvasau japaḥ | nānākāraiḥ sadā kurvannudayan sarvavastugaḥ
— unimpeded ; — recitation ; — there indeed is ; — in all states ; — this recitation ; — with manifold forms ; — ever doing (acting) ; — arising ; — present in all things

There is indeed an unimpeded recitation (japa); this recitation (continues) in all states — (Śiva) ever acting with manifold forms, arising, present in all things.
