तनुस्वरूपनिर्माणापरिमाणभवोदयः । शिवतत्त्वे त्रिधाभूते स्वच्छाकालकलाकले ॥६३॥
tanusvarūpanirmāṇāparimāṇabhavodayaḥ | śivatattve tridhābhūte svacchākālakalākale
— the rising of a measureless existence, fashioning bodies and forms ; — in the Śiva-principle ; — become threefold ; — limpid (Śiva), the kalā-of-time, and the (one) endowed with kalā

(There is) the rising of a measureless existence, fashioning bodies and forms, in the Śiva-principle become threefold — (as) the limpid (Śiva), the time-kalā, and the (one) endowed with kalā.
