7.59
संकल्पप्रभवं सर्वं जगदेतदनन्तकम् । सर्वं ममेति निर्व्यूढे स्यात्तदेकमयो भवः ॥५९॥
saṃkalpaprabhavaṃ sarvaṃ jagadetadanantakam | sarvaṃ mameti nirvyūḍhe syāttadekamayo bhavaḥ
— arising from (Śiva's) conceiving ; — all ; — this world ; — endless ; — 'all is mine' ; — thus ; — when (this) is carried through ; — there would be ; — an existence wholly made of that one

This whole endless world arises from (Śiva's) conceiving; when (the realization) 'all this is mine' is carried through, there would be an existence wholly made of that one (Śiva).
