7.1
अथ स्थिते सर्वदिक्के शिवतत्त्वेऽधुनोच्यते । तस्मिञ्ज्ञातेऽथवाज्ञाते शिवत्वमनिवारितम् ॥१॥
atha sthite sarvadikke śivatattve'dhunocyate | tasmiñjñāte'thavājñāte śivatvamanivāritam
— now ; — being established ; — present in all directions (omnipresent) ; — the Śiva-principle ; — now ; — it is (now) said ; — when it ; — is known ; — or unknown ; — Śiva-nature ; — is unobstructed

Now, the omnipresent Śiva-principle being (thus) established, it is now said: whether that be known or unknown, (its) Śiva-nature is unobstructed (— it abides regardless of one's recognition).
