गीतासु विश्वरूपत्वमत एव प्रदर्शितम् । द्वयोरप्यनयोर्युक्तिः पक्षयोर्नोपपद्यते ॥२०॥
gītāsu viśvarūpatvamata eva pradarśitam | dvayorapyanayoryuktiḥ pakṣayornopapadyate
— in the Gītā ; — the having-all-forms (universal form) ; — for this very reason ; — is displayed ; — of both ; — of these ; — coherence ; — of the (two) positions ; — is not tenable

And for this very reason, in the Gītā, (the Lord's) universal form is displayed. (Yet) the coherence of both these positions (the variegated-Brahman and the vidyā-avidyā views) is untenable (— as the next verses show).
