6.111
अनुवृत्तिः किमाधिक्याद्रागाद् वा तर्हि दूषणम् । अनादिशिवतत्त्वस्य स्वामोदं किं न विद्यते ॥१११॥
anuvṛttiḥ kimādhikyādrāgād vā tarhi dūṣaṇam | anādiśivatattvasya svāmodaṃ kiṃ na vidyate
— (such) continued engagement ; — is it? ; — from superiority ; — or from attachment ; — then ; — (would be) a fault ; — of the beginningless Śiva-principle ; — its own delight ; — is there not?

(Objection:) is this continued engagement (of Śiva) from superiority, or from attachment? — then it would be a fault (in him). (Reply:) does not the beginningless Śiva-principle have its own (spontaneous) delight (in the play, free of any defect)?
