जानन्नवस्थितो दूरे स्वर्गादौ निरयेऽथवा । प्रत्यक्षादिप्रक्रियायास्तथा शिवकृतस्थितेः ॥७८॥
jānannavasthito dūre svargādau niraye'thavā | pratyakṣādiprakriyāyāstathā śivakṛtasthiteḥ
— knowing ; — abides ; — far off ; — in heaven and the like ; — in hell ; — or ; — of the procedure of perception and the rest ; — likewise ; — whose establishment is effected by Śiva

Knowing (its own self), it abides (so) even far off, in heaven and the like, or in hell; (and) likewise the procedure of perception and the rest has its (very) establishment effected by Śiva (himself, the one knower in all).
