प्रतिष्ठादेवकर्मादिध्यानादिफलयोगतः ।
सत्येऽपि न फलं दृष्टं क्वचिदज्ञानिसेवितात् ॥२८॥
pratiṣṭhādevakarmādidhyānādiphalayogataḥ |
satye'pi na phalaṃ dṛṣṭaṃ kvacidajñānisevitāt
Through the connection (of practice) with the fruit of temple-installation, divine rites, meditation and the rest — even when (the object worshipped) is real, no fruit is ever seen (to arise) from a practice carried out by one who is ignorant (of its true nature).
