शैवे वाच इन्द्रियत्वमथ नादादिनोदिता । तदभ्यासे फलावाप्तिः सूक्ष्ममन्त्रस्वरूपता ॥१०॥
śaive vāca indriyatvamatha nādādinoditā | tadabhyāse phalāvāptiḥ sūkṣmamantrasvarūpatā
— in the Śaiva (scripture) ; — of speech ; — the status of a sense-faculty ; — then ; — by resonance and so on ; — arisen ; — in the practice of it ; — the attainment of the fruit ; — its nature as a subtle mantra

In the Śaiva (scripture) speech is (assigned) the status of a sense-faculty; arisen through resonance and so on, in its practice there is attainment of the fruit, (and it has) the nature of a subtle mantra.
