तस्या अपि सामरस्ये व्यवस्थावान् स्थितः शिवः । एवं भवप्रक्रियाया अपि सूक्ष्मतरा स्थितिः ॥८६॥
tasyā api sāmarasye vyavasthāvān sthitaḥ śivaḥ | evaṃ bhavaprakriyāyā api sūkṣmatarā sthitiḥ
— of her too ; — in (her) equipoised unison ; — possessed of (his own) settled order ; — abides ; — Śiva ; — thus ; — even of the process of worldly manifestation ; — subtler ; — condition

And even within her equipoised unison, Śiva abides possessed of his own settled order; thus there is a still subtler condition (of Śiva) prior even to the process of worldly manifestation.
