13.31
यदा भूतपृथग्भावमेकस्थमुनपश्यति । तत एव च विस्तारं ब्रह्म सम्पद्यते तदा ॥ १३-३१ ॥
yadā bhūtapṛthagbhāvamekasthamunapaśyati | tata eva ca vistāraṃ brahma sampadyate tadā || 13-31 ||
— when the separate existence of beings ; — he perceives as resting in the One ; — and their expansion thence alone ; — then he attains Brahman

When he perceives the separate existence of beings as resting in the One, and their expansion as proceeding from that alone — then he attains Brahman.
