yadā tu tasminn eva pramātṛviśrāntigate pramātuḥ pūrṇataunmukhyāt taddvāreṇa pūrṇatonmukhatayā bhānaṃ tadā turyāvasthā sā ca rūpaṃ dṛśāham ity evaṃvidham aṃśatrayam uttīrya paśyāmīti anupāyikā pramātṛtā svātantryasārā naikaṭyamadhyatvadūratvaiḥ pramātṛpramāṇaprameyatābhiṣekaṃ dadatī tadavasthātrayānugrāhakatvāt tribhedā
But when, in that very state come to rest in the perceiver, the appearing is — through the perceiver's orientation toward fullness, and by way of that — oriented toward fullness, then it is the fourth state. And it is the means-free perceiverhood, whose essence is autonomy, which, having transcended such a triad of aspects as "I see the object by the perceiving," beholds it; bestowing, by nearness, intermediacy, and distance, the consecration into perceiverhood, means-hood, and objecthood; and, because it graces that triad of states, it is itself threefold.
