यत् सङ्कल्पे भाति तत् पृथग्भूतं बहिर् अपि अस्ति स्फुटेन वपुषा घट इव

Transliteration (IAST)

yat saṅkalpe bhāti tat pṛthagbhūtaṃ bahir api asti sphuṭena vapuṣā ghaṭa iva

— in conception, in mental construction ; — appears, shines forth ; — as something separate ; — externally, outside ; — with a manifest, distinct form ; — a pot

Whatever appears in conception exists externally too, as something separate, with a manifest, distinct form — as, for instance, a pot.
