7.16

तद् यथा नियतिः रागो ऽशुद्धविद्या कालः कला चेति

Transliteration (IAST)

tad yathā niyatiḥ rāgo 'śuddhavidyā kālaḥ kalā ceti

— Necessity (niyati) ; — Attachment, passion (rāga) ; — impure knowledge (the limited vidyā-principle) ; — Time (kāla) ; — limited agency (kalā)

These, namely: Necessity, Attachment, impure Knowledge, Time, and limited Agency.
