20.41

तत्र आषाढशुक्लात् कुलपूर्णिमादिनान्तं कार्यं पवित्रकम् तत्र कार्त्तिककृष्णपञ्चदशी कुलचक्रं नित्याचक्रं पूरयति इति श्रीनित्यातन्त्रविदः

Transliteration (IAST)

tatra āṣāḍhaśuklāt kulapūrṇimādināntaṃ kāryaṃ pavitrakam tatra kārttikakṛṣṇapañcadaśī kulacakraṃ nityācakraṃ pūrayati iti śrīnityātantravidaḥ

— in that (rite); as to that ; — from the bright (waxing) fortnight of Āṣāḍha ; — up to the day of the Kula full moon ; — should be performed ; — the pavitraka (sacred-thread offering rite) ; — the fifteenth (new moon) of the dark fortnight of Kārttika ; — the Kula circle (assembly of deities) ; — the circle of the Nityā goddesses ; — fills, completes ; — the knowers of the venerable Nityātantra (say)

In this matter, the pavitraka is to be performed from the bright fortnight of Āṣāḍha up to the day of the Kula full moon; therein the new moon of the dark fortnight of Kārttika fulfills the Kula circle and the circle of the Nityā goddesses — so say the knowers of the venerable Nityātantra.
