Transliteration (IAST)

hrīṃ na pha hrīṃ hrīṃ ā kṣa hrīṃ ity ābhyāṃ śaktiśaktimadvācakābhyāṃ mālinīśabdarāśimantrābhyām ekenaiva ādau śaktiḥ tataḥ śaktimān iti muktau pādāgrāc chiro'ntam bhuktau tu sarvo viparyayaḥ

— the two (mantras) denoting Power and the Possessor-of-Power ; — the mantras of the Mālinī and the Śabdarāśi (phoneme-arrays) ; — with one alone (one of the two) ; — Power (Śakti) ; — the Possessor-of-Power ; — in the case of liberation ; — from the tip of the feet up to the head ; — in the case of enjoyment ; — the order is wholly reversed

With these two — hrīṃ na pha hrīṃ and hrīṃ ā kṣa hrīṃ — which are the (mantras) denoting Power and the Possessor-of-Power, the mantras of the Mālinī and the Śabdarāśi (phoneme-arrays), using one alone: first the Power, then the Possessor-of-Power. In the case of liberation, (the imposition runs) from the tip of the feet up to the head; in the case of enjoyment, the whole order is reversed.
