yad āhuḥ ataraṅgarūḍhau labdhāyāṃ punaḥ kiṃ tattvasṛṣṭir nyāsādinā iti
As for what (some) say: "Once being-established in the waveless has been attained, what use is there for any further emanation of principles by imposition and the rest?" —
