मुनिं दुर्वाससं नाम भगवानूर्ध्वरेतसम् । नोच्छिद्येत यथा शास्त्रं रहस्यं कुरु तादृशम् ॥११०॥

muniṃ durvāsasaṃ nāma bhagavānūrdhvaretasam | nocchidyeta yathā śāstraṃ rahasyaṃ kuru tādṛśam

— the sage ; — named Durvāsas ; — the Lord ; — the celibate (whose seed is drawn upward) ; — may not be cut off ; — so that ; — the teaching ; — secret ; — 'effect (the transmission)!' ; — such

(He commissioned) the celibate sage named Durvāsas (saying): 'So that the teaching be not cut off, effect such a secret transmission (as will preserve it).'
