3.93

क्रियान्तरेच्छासंभूतौ तन्निमित्तमनन्तता । यतोऽस्ति शिवशक्तीनां ताश्च नित्यमवस्थिताः ॥९३॥

kriyāntarecchāsaṃbhūtau tannimittamanantatā | yato'sti śivaśaktīnāṃ tāśca nityamavasthitāḥ

— at the arising of the will for another action ; — whose occasion is that ; — endlessness ; — since ; — there exists ; — of Śiva's powers ; — and they ; — eternally ; — abide

— at the arising of the will for a further action, (there is) an endlessness occasioned by that; since Śiva's powers exist and they abide eternally.
