न पृथिव्यादिके तस्मिन् कल्पना संप्रवर्तते ॥८२॥
na pṛthivyādike tasmin kalpanā saṃpravartate
— not ; — in earth and the rest ; — in that ; — (false) imagining ; — comes into play

(Therefore) no (false) imagining comes into play with regard to that (Śiva manifesting) as earth and the rest.
