समवायी तदिच्छैव तद्योगः सहकारणम्म् ॥८१॥
samavāyī tadicchaiva tadyogaḥ sahakāraṇamm
The inherent cause is his very will; its conjunction (with the object, i.e. knowledge) is the cooperating cause (and his action is the efficient — all three being his own powers).
