तदैक्यं खेटपालोऽपि प्राह या काचन स्थिता । शक्तिः पदार्थ जातस्य देवदेवस्य साखिला ॥६४॥
tadaikyaṃ kheṭapālo'pi prāha yā kācana sthitā | śaktiḥ padārtha jātasya devadevasya sākhilā
— that oneness ; — Kheṭapāla too ; — declares ; — which ; — whatever ; — abides ; — power ; — of the whole class of entities ; — of the God of gods ; — that ; — entire

Kheṭapāla too proclaims that oneness: whatever power abides in the entire class of entities, that, in its totality, is (the power) of the God of gods.
