तस्यापि कथिता पञ्चतत्त्वदीक्षाविधौ क्वचित् । न वाच इष्यते तद्वत्तस्त्मात्सर्वं शिवात्मकम् ॥९०॥
tasyāpi kathitā pañcatattvadīkṣāvidhau kvacit | na vāca iṣyate tadvattastmātsarvaṃ śivātmakam
— of it too ; — declared ; — in the rite of initiation by the five principles ; — in a certain (text) ; — not ; — of speech ; — is admitted ; — in that special way ; — therefore ; — everything ; — has Śiva as its very self

Its (Śiva-nature) too is taught somewhere in the rite of initiation by the five principles; (such supremacy) is not (specially) conceded to speech in that way. Therefore everything whatsoever has Śiva as its very self.
