2.10

न सोऽस्ति प्रत्ययो लोके यः शब्दानुगमादृते । शब्दब्रह्मणि निष्णातः परं ब्रह्माधिगच्छति ॥१०॥

na so'sti pratyayo loke yaḥ śabdānugamādṛte | śabdabrahmaṇi niṣṇātaḥ paraṃ brahmādhigacchati

— not ; — there exists ; — cognition ; — in the world ; — which ; — apart from accompaniment by the Word ; — in the Word-Brahman ; — thoroughly versed ; — the supreme Brahman ; — attains

(They say:) 'There is no cognition in the world that occurs apart from accompaniment by the Word; one thoroughly versed in the Word-Brahman attains the supreme Brahman.'
