तदपरिज्ञाने स्वशक्तिभिर्व्यामोहितता संसारित्वम् ॥१२॥

tad-aparijñāne sva-śaktibhir vyāmohitatā saṃsāritvam

sūtra

— when there is non-recognition of that (true nature) ; — by one's own powers ; — the state of being utterly deluded ; — is transmigratory existence

When that (true nature) is not recognized, being deluded by one's own powers constitutes bondage to saṃsāra.
