यत्तस्यापि हि कौन्तेय पुरुषस्य विपश्चितः । इन्द्रियाणि प्रमाथीनि हरन्ति प्रसभं मनः ॥ २-६२ ॥
yattasyāpi hi kaunteya puruṣasya vipaścitaḥ | indriyāṇi pramāthīni haranti prasabhaṃ manaḥ || 2-62 ||
— yet, O son of Kuntī ; — even of the discerning man ; — the turbulent senses ; — forcibly carry off the mind

Yet, O son of Kuntī, the turbulent senses forcibly carry off even the mind of a discerning man who strives.
