5.20

तत् एतासु उच्चारभूमिषु प्रत्येकं द्व्यादिशः सर्वशो वा विश्राम्य अन्यत् तद्देहप्राणादिव्यतिरिक्तं विश्रान्तितत्त्वम् आसादयति

Transliteration (IAST)

tat etāsu uccārabhūmiṣu pratyekaṃ dvyādiśaḥ sarvaśo vā viśrāmya anyat taddehaprāṇādivyatiriktaṃ viśrāntitattvam āsādayati

— in the levels of [vital] utterance/ascent ; — by twos and so on, or all together ; — having come to rest ; — distinct from that body, breath, and the rest ; — the reality of repose ; — attains, reaches

So, having come to rest in these levels of [vital] utterance — each singly, by twos and so on, or all together — one attains the further reality of repose, distinct from that body, breath, and the rest.
